Before - May 2006
Bush Court Entry to Library , North Wing Level 3, May 2006. December 2007 - Now location of offices for First Year Experience Coordinator and Teaching and Learning staff in the Learning Common. Entrance moved several metres East to allow better access.
IT Service Desk just inside Entrance , North Wing Level 3, May 2006. December 2007 - Area is now offices for First Year Experience Coordinator, Teaching and Learning. IT Service desk moved downstairs immediately opposite entry to the 24 / 7 Learning Commmon.
Returns room and attendants' room combined , North Wing Level 3, May 2006. December 2007 - Now offices for Teaching and Learning and First Year Co-ordinator. After Hours Returns chute is now near the coffee shop, and returns inside the building are into a chute in the Loans desk right near the front entrance - reducing double handling.
Reserve Collection, North Wing Level 3, May 2006. December 2007 - area it is now partly walled off with Reserve collection on one side and public access PCs on the other. Loans and Enquiry desk has been moved several metres East to just inside the entrance.

The entire Reference Collection was boxed up and moved temporarily to another part of the floor. May 2007
View of the Reference Collection / new journals reading area during construction. The wall in the centre is made with masking tape and plastic. The area on one side of the wall was refitted, and then the other half was done. April 2007.

Opening
Julie Bishop, then Federal Minister for Education, opens the Learning Common July 2007:

Inside the new entrance. New books display and couches in foreground, Student Learning space in the background.
The new library cafe also has an opening to Bush Court.
New cafe internal. Large Screen is one of three thoughout the building
Returns chute is now part of the Loans counter.
"Fast track" PCs provide 15 minute access outside the Student Learning space.

Sun filled "breakout" room in the 24/7 Learning Common. Wall was replaced with windows to allow natural light and view of lush gardens.
