The IM group is currently embarking on a massive review of qualitative assessment methods. Thus far, this process has not be standardized across both services. Ecklesinfo transcripts are regularly assessed because non-librarian staff members and student staff cover the service, so consistent and immediate feedback is benifital. The development of qualitative assessment methods will allow for consistent assessment and service improvement that is benifital to staff members and patrons alike.
