In September of this year over 800 librarians met in Kansas City, Missouri for the second installment of the Joint Conference of Librarians of Color. The conference brings together all five of ALA’s recognized minority caucuses for one conference in order to address diversity efforts in the library profession. A number of past, current and future residents were in attendance.
