While in library school, my mentor, Teresa Neely, recommended “In Our Own Voices”. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the honest reflections of library residents on their programs as well as their accounts of the post-residency phase of their lives.
I decided on a residency after reading this book.
The resources recommended here will be very useful for current students contemplating a residency.
Great job, Megan.
