This poster outlines the process a librarian at Fort Lewis College went through to provide virtual reference appointments to students in two introductory composition classes, one fully online and one hybrid.

About the Presenters:
Lauren Connolly has worked in academic libraries at both private and public institutions. Recently hired as the Instructional Technology and Reference Librarian at Fort Lewis College, she was tasked with improving Reed Library services for the online student population.
