The Inclusive Pedagogy Committee creates opportunities for instruction librarians to learn more about inclusive, anti-oppressive pedagogy and implement these teaching practices in their own academic contexts. Committee projects may include, but are not limited to, hosting professional development sessions such as webinars and online chats, and publishing columns or reports related to inclusive pedagogy. Committee work may focus on, for example, supporting marginalized and/or underrepresented populations in higher education, highlighting trends in inclusive teaching practices, and/or developing anti-oppressive learning enviro.
