The official anniversary cake cutting celebration will take place at the ACRL 2015 Conference in Portland, Oregon. Join the ACRL Past Presidents and the ACRL Executive Director on Thursday, March 26, 2015, from 2-3:00 in the Exhibit Hall for photos and cake.

Invited Paper: New Roles for the Road Ahead

Join Steven J. Bell, Barbara Fister, and Lorcan Dempsey for insight into their essays commissioned for ACRL’s 75th Anniversary publication from 3:00-4:00 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2015, as part of the ACRL 2015 Conference.

Toast to the next 75 years of ACRL at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry from 8:00-10:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2015, at ACRL 2015 in Portland.

2015 ACRL President’s Program

The ACRL President’s Program, hosted by 2014-15 ACRL President Karen A. Williams, at the 2015 ALA Annual Conference in San Francisco will close the anniversary year. The program to highlight new roles librarians are undertaking and what this might tell us about libraries and librarians in higher education.
