Jesus Espinoza, Deborah Yun Caldwell, and Anastasia Chiu are conducting a survey on library diversity residency programs and their impacts on library organizational hiring and retention practices on behalf of the ACRL Diversity Alliance Task Force. The survey focuses on how libraries’ organization hiring and retention practices change as a result of lessons learned through diversity residency programs. Your participation in this research is completely voluntary. All data collected will remain anonymous and confidential. The survey will close Thursday, March 24, 2022.
