Celebrate Fair Use/Fair Dealing Week 2024

Fair Use/Fair Dealing Week is an annual celebration of the important doctrines of fair use and fair dealing, the essential limitations and exceptions to copyright that allow the use of copyrighted materials without permission from the copyright holder under certain circumstances. Fair use and fair dealing are used daily by students, faculty, librarians, journalists, and all users of copyrighted material, and Fair Use/Fair Dealing Week, February 26-March 1, 2024, is a chance to explore the doctrines and the opportunities they allow. ACRL has a number of resources to help you participate.
