Position Opening: Academic Resident Librarian at the University of Illinois at Chicago

UICStackedBlueThe University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) has opened a position for a one-year, post-graduate appointment for an Academic Resident Librarian to serve in one of three specialized areas: Data curation, Health sciences librarianship, or Cataloging/ Metadata.

The position requires the recent completion of a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from ALA-accredited institution (awarded Spring 2012 or later). This appointment has the possibility of a one-year renewal. Salary begins at $43,000.
